Microsoft Made Easy is a US based Microsoft consulting team — a Lightray Solutions brand headquartered in Orange County, California, founded by Edward Pinela. Senior engineers across the Microsoft stack deliver fixed-fee projects for companies in every US state, remotely.
Why this brand exists
Lightray Solutions has spent years doing hands-on Microsoft work — analytics, automation, intranets, and cloud infrastructure — for small and mid-sized businesses. A pattern kept repeating: companies were paying for the Microsoft 365 platform (opens in new tab) every month while using a fraction of it, and the consulting options available to them were either open-ended hourly billing or retainers that never seemed to end.
Edward Pinela founded Microsoft Made Easy to package that experience differently: clearly scoped projects, one fixed price agreed before work starts, delivery by a senior engineer in a matter of weeks, and 30 days of hypercare after handover. The name is the promise — take the tools you already own and make them genuinely easy to use.
How we work
