Microsoft Made Easy is a brand of Lightray Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to your inquiry and run our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Google Analytics sets cookies and may process usage data, including a truncated version of your IP address, on our behalf. • Our workflow automation / webhook provider, which receives form submissions and routes them to us.
• Our email provider, used to receive and reply to your message.
• Google Analytics, for website usage measurement.
• Our website hosting provider, which stores and serves this site.

These providers process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Children's data
